TWO MAJOR PROJECTS!

1.  Select demolition of the burned-out museum building.  We have contracted with Dallas Demolition to stabilize the remaining walls and with their help, we are currently removing debris from the site and recovered and rescued certain artifacts.  We find more each day!  Some paper files have also been recovered and we have a cleaning and scanning project underway to digitize certain of those files.  This is a major capital project and your donations make a  difference in how we progress in the future.  Please help!  Donate today!

2.  The Harding-Gregg Cabin was donated to the Wise County Historical Society, Inc. early in 2023 by the Boyer family.  The cabin has been recently preserved by local preservationist, Bill Marquis and efforts have begun to possibly apply for a Texas Historical Commission marker.  We hope to eventually include the Cabin in a historical learning center.
