April 12 – Saturday – 7:30 p.m. – Dale Colgrove – a local legend – lights up the theater and lifts the new ceiling with this special Jazz/Dixie/Gospel show! Dale Colgrove masterfully plays over 200 instruments. He recently performed in New York with the great Les Paul! Dale will be performing during the first half of the program and his Dixieland Jazz band (with Dale on trumpet, Dick Koup on Trombone, and George York on clarinet) will join him for the second half of the show. Joining them will be the wonderful pianist, Blake Boyd. Come hear “I’ll Fly Away” – “Up Above My Head” – “How Great Thou Art” – “Closer Walk” – “Amazing Grace” – and more!

April 26 – Saturday – 7 p.m. – Spring-In Variety Show! Local talent will rock the house. Be there to hear Leo Solomon, Caitlyn Hodges, Kate Wilson, Traci Burnett, Diana Lynn Howard, and Joe Whitehead!

May 24 – Saturday – 7 p.m. – Gospel Show – featuring Kim Saling, Angela Finch, Courtney Taylor, Jennifer Ward, and Joan Jackson! This show will lift your spirit and warm your heart!

June 20 – Friday – 8 p.m. –J D Clark in Concert – Kick up your heels and jump start Chisholm Trail Days! J. D.’s Country and Folk style will start a terrific weekend in Decatur! To learn more about J D Clark, click here.

July 26 Saturday at 7 PM– Bluegrass Reunion at 7 PM--This great group will heat up the July night! Come at 6 p.m. for some FREE ice cold watermelon at the Woody Cabin! If you are a bluegrass picker – come jam at the Woody Cabin from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. Show tickets are available in advance or at the door. Summer Fun for the whole family!

August 16 & 23– Saturdays – 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. – Tryouts for the 14th Annual Wise Country Fallout. If you know a potential star – be sure to encourage his or her participation. You never know who will be in the audience at the November 15th show!

September 20– Saturday 7 :PM– “The New Plainsmen” gospel quartet! Always a sell out. Watch for the date – to be announced soon. To learn more about "The New Plainsmen," click here.

October 25 – Saturday – 7 p.m. -- The Aurora UFO Experience! A Play, an ALIEN Costume Contest and the movie "The Aurora Encounter." You have heard about it in the past; Aurora celebrates it to this day; believers still exist some 111 years later! Come to the theater for the fun of it all! Wear an alien costume (or an aluminum foil hat) and enter the contest. The evening begins with a two person play about the incident, followed by the costume contest prizes, and then the 90-minute movie, "The Aurora Encounter," produced in 1986 starring Jack Elam, Dottie West and George "Spanky" McFarland. It will be an evening to remember!

November 15 – Saturday – 7 p.m. – 14th Annual Wise Country Fallout! A local tradition showcasing the Wise County’s top performers competing for cash prizes!

December 13 – Saturday – 7 p.m. – Christmas in the County – Celebrate the season with Christmas Stars from young to old. Make this a family outing – sure to become a holiday memory maker!
